True City
Nike launched a neat new iPhone app called True City which allows you to check out inspiring spots in six key European cities like London, Barcelona and Amsterdam. The latter features a.o. Faberyayo and NewWorkers Naldisney and yours truly. The talented people at AKQA did a really fine job on this one. Download it now for free.

Really nice app! Checked it out on my shiny new iPhone yesterday and it will definatly come in handy with my planned re-visit to Berlin. Love the icons bij AKQA. Nike knows what’s up.

The movie gives you the idea the app has a nice implementation of Augmented Reality, but it’s just google maps. Nicely designed app, should have involved a wider range of ‘influancials’ though, now it feels a bit incestitial. Hope more functionality will come…
