		<description>I think they might be referring to some &#039;Dutch&#039; influences in New York City in the 1910&#039;s and 20&#039;s that are not necessarily bicycles. They mention a cigar brand called &#039;Dutch masters&#039; that was especially popular around that time. I definitely agree with you it doesn&#039;t look like a traditional Dutch bicycle except for the colours of the frame and the tires.</description>
