There’s a promising new UK dvd magazine called FILE. The first issue contains over 2 hours worth of content including music videos, short films, and interviews. It’s from one of the co-founders of the Specialten DVD Magazine, Fabio Sebastianelli. The magazine can be ordered online for postage all over the world.
