Woah! It’s only monday, but you probably won’t find a video this week more mesmerizing and beautiful than graphic designer Bruno Dicolla’s Return As An Animal. Now the big question is: what’s the technique he’s using? Anyone?

as far as techniques question: Seems to me he uses some standard effects in after effects for the wiggly lines. 3d layering for the paralax effect. He probly took some footage of animals, keyed and traced it and used the outlines. That combined with stuff he did by hand.
Aha. Sounds complicated. But then again, I’m a copywriter so what do I know.
