PES vs Fifa
I’ve been a Pro Evo fan since the beginning of the series for its realistic gameplay. But never a real improvement in stadiums, options or licences. After Fifa 99 you tended to ignore this other series for being too arcade, but recent- ly you kept hearing good stuff. So after testing I’m im- pressed with the new Fifa 09 (released yesterday). Now the 360 only needs a new controller for these games.

You should check out this game called Pure.
It’s everything you loved about SEGA arcade videogames: instant playability, speed, fun and super sick graphics. Oh and it has quads. Lots of them.
Indeed! Pure got my attention for the same reasons.
I’ve ordered it through play.com for 40 euros so that’s acceptable. Now only if it would arrive this afternoon, just in time for a classic ten hour hot damn it’s saturday already session with friends.
Fifa 09 is still considered shit under the hardcore gamers. PES 09 will overtop it once again

@ Roger: How can you say that? The game is on the market for just a day now. I played every PES game from the start, but I don’t try to be against something like Fifa without ever trying new versions.
I’d say that it pretty much looks like SSX 3 for quads….. I couldn’t think of a better recommendation than that.
Am thanking God b.t.w. for not being a football game fanatic… am having trouble enough with Schatkist as the new Feyenoord sponsor. Let alone the shitty football they play (losing to NEC. What a humiliation)
For all people who do not understand: of course Schatkist is not going to be the real sponsor…. but the thought alone, the fact that someone could hint at it….. it makes the team Ambtenaren (and quite frankly, seeing how they perform… they are!)
