The typography of signs is a very interesting subject. And the NY Times has written an article about this topic. Very nice to see the evolution of signs throughout the years.
Nice stuff! Personally I like the Highway Gothic more, just as I prefer the old Highway Gothic inspired style of the signs in Holland.
